As the Director and head commercial finance broker at the award-winning Green Finance Group, I’m currently seeking an experienced home finance professional to join my team of support staff. As a Client Services Manager you will provide residential mortgage help to borrowers who are looking for a better finance deal.
While I focus on generating and managing client enquiries, initial assessments and product selection, it’s your behind-the-scenes lending knowledge and top-notch organisational skills that will be responsible for managing the successful processing of $80+ million in home and investment loan applications annually.

About You
- Proven experience: bank or brokerage background – minimum 5 years
- Thrive when managing a high-volume pipeline ie. up to 30 applications at any one time
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving abilities
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Thorough knowledge of current financial products, lending processes & regulatory requirements
- Strong working knowledge of self-employed borrower application requirements
- Willingness to embrace, learn and adapt to new technology, systems, processes and policy – fast
- Knows the importance of a good laugh, even when the pressure is on
- Is ok with dogs, ping pong, unicycles and Birkenstocks in the office environment
- A keen desire to develop a future career in mortgage broking
- Certificate IV in Finance Broking however Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance is preferred
Your Role
As a Client Services Manager, and effectively my right arm, you will be responsible for:
- Independently managing a pipeline of loan applications from assessment to settlement
- Preparing loan applications adhering to current compliance and regulatory requirements
- Researching & maintaining up-to-date knowledge on credit policy across a range of lenders
- Interacting with customers & lenders to obtain and supply loan information and documentation
- Negotiating with bank & lender representatives
- Staying updated on industry regulations, lending policy, procedures & market trends
- Communicating with clients, real estate agents & conveyancers with updates on the status of applications
- Devising & implementing processing efficiencies with a focus on business growth
- Work from our centrally located Fortitude Valley office – centre of the James St Precinct
- Salary is negotiable in line with qualifications
