The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced commercial loan writer to work directly with Green Finance Group Founder & Director, Daniel Green.

As part of a team of commercial loan writers, you’ll share responsibility for managing the end-to-end processing of $300 million+ in settled business and commercial property lending annually, while playing a key role in the active management, retention and growth of an established commercial loan portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Support head broker across multiple active client files
• Manage commercial loan applications from assessment through to settlement
• Prepare compliant applications across a broad lender panel
• Confidently navigate complex lending scenarios
• Liaise with clients, lenders, agents, conveyancers & valuers
• Negotiate with banks and lender BDMs
• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies

What you Bring:

• 5+ years’ commercial lending experience (bank or brokerage)
• Strong credit, policy, and compliance knowledge
• Confident managing a high-volume, often complex, pipeline
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (required)
• Diploma of Mortgage Broking & Finance (preferred)
