We are expanding our Equipment Finance division, and are looking for a high-performing, results-driven broker to drive that growth.

The Role

This is your chance to take ownership of a key growth area and build something significant.

In this role, you will:

Drive the growth and development of our EF division across our existing broker network.
Generate new business through your existing networks and proactive business development.
Build and manage strong client relationships across SME and corporate markets.
Structure and deliver tailored equipment finance solutions to our clients.

What You Bring

To be successful, you’ll have a high-performance mindset to deliver results bolstered by:

5+ years’ experience in Equipment/Asset Finance, either in brokerage or banking.
Proven ability to originate, structure, and close deals.
A strong network of SME and commercial clients and referrers.
Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and resilience.
Relevant industry accreditations.
