What You Bring

2+ years’ experience in residential lending (brokerage or banking)
Excellent working knowledge of self-employed/company trust borrower application requirements
Proven track record of consistent settlements and client retention
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated
MFAA/FBAA accredited

The Role

Manage end-to-end residential lending for new and repeat clients
Deliver tailored client solutions across home and investment lending
Collaborate with a high-performing team in a supportive, flexible environment
Leverage existing leads and referral partnerships
