My top tips for saving money on your loan

Home or Personal Loans: Don’t make your decision based on interest rate alone. Naturally you want value for money, but you shouldn’t need to sacrifice loan features for a low rate. Loan structure can make all the difference when it comes to saving money, and you can have it both ways, provided you know what to look for and who to ask. That’s my specialty!

Business Loans: Get an experienced negotiator on your side – someone who knows the offering of all the majors and quality non-bank lenders. If you are considering your existing mortgage broker or local banker, make sure they have proven experience in your chosen business or industry. You’ll have more leverage for a better deal if you know which lender is actively interested in your business case.
