For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to have my own practice. The transition from GP to owning my own medical practice has been both challenging and rewarding. John was instrumental in helping me to meet my business ownership goals. His experience in banking is one thing but his working knowledge of the medical industry made all the difference. We worked through my plans and projections for the business and he helped me secure the finance I needed to make it all happen. Having him on my side certainly made the process of finding the right loan easier. After my first year, the banks initial proposal was to pay principal and interest. John negotiated on my behalf and made it possible to extend another year with interest only. That was a crucial moment where my cashflow was low and I was struggling. Now my practice is thriving and I could not have done it without his help. If you need help sorting through the banks and what they are offering, he’s your guy. He is an ex-banker now broker, and has complete understanding of how the system works.
Just want to complement your team on the way they have managed our deal in moving from Westpac to ANZ. Sarah was amazing in keeping it all moving along and dealing with my stupidity at times with forms. The other team members are so responsive to queries and questions. I just wanted to say a massive thankyou for recommending Green Finance, Richie spoke to Daniel originally and then we got handed to Christina Gonzalez and oh my goodness what a star she has been. Very quick, knowledgeable, supportive and a telephone manner that is 2nd to none. She is SO on the ball in her line of work and has been able to put our application in with 48hr turnaround on verbal approval. There’s no comparison between what she has done for us compared with our own bank Bendigo! They took 3 weeks just to book an appointment, then they said about 8 weeks to see if they would even lend and that it didn’t look like they would. Unreal! Anyway I can honestly say I’d recommend Green Finance and Daniel or Christina who is on his team they are wonderful to deal with.
