They have been more helpful to us in successfully gaining a loan for an investment property in a low Income (remote) are of QLD - which mainly consist of FIFO workers - hence the 'low income' title, than any bank was. They informed us of things we weren't aware of in regards to credit ratings - which no other banks did (4 applied), and were in contact with us through every step of the process. We cannot recommend Green Finance enough!! These guys are fantastic, honest and thorough!! Truely worth a call or email to them!
